Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience with our games. Because our products are digital downloads, our refund policy is a little different from physical products — but we’re always happy to help if something goes wrong.

Digital Downloads

All of our games are delivered as instant digital downloads.

Once a download has been provided:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products

This is because digital files can’t be “returned” once they’ve been accessed.

If Something Goes Wrong

That said, we understand that things don’t always go as planned.

If you experience:

  • trouble downloading your game

  • a corrupted or incomplete file

  • the wrong file being delivered

  • a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase

please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to make things right — whether that means helping you access your files, replacing the download, or finding another reasonable solution.

Accidental Purchases

If you believe you made a purchase in error (for example, buying the same game twice), contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t promise a refund, we’re happy to review the situation and see what we can do.
